These are my first ever pair of prescription sunglasses! I love them and the frames. I love the polarization on these lenses! Great price!!

Lenses faulty?

I have many excellent pairs of glasses from Vooglam but the progressive lenses on these are wrong. the long distance works but the short distance not at all. Very sad as they are beautiful glasses otherwise.

I am repurchasing these frames because the last ones were filled with the wrong prescription. no store credit, no refund. I hope this is not a pattern. I sent them back with postal confirmation, tracking, the whole lot. even sent them to their product return address. no response. this is my last attempt at glasses from vooglam.
