Do not purchase from this company

The 3 glasses I ordered were completely blurry and i cannot see out of them. There are no easy returns as stated. I have been corresponding with them for a week now, with no avail of getting a full refund. First, they offered me a 30% credit, which i refused. Then they offered me a 50% credit, which i also refused. Vooglam will not give me my full refund back. When ordering, I uploaded my prescription from my doctor and they are trying to blame me for their error. I notified my credit card

How do I give zero stars??

Terrible quality. You can clearly see the issue with this frame. They don’t seem to care about their quality or their customers. There are better places to get frames. This company is not it.
